At Rajwadi Trendz, we are dedicated to delivering pieces of exceptional quality and craftsmanship. Should you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or not as ordered, we will gladly assist with a return or replacement.
Eligible Returns request must be made within 48 hours of receiving your order. Our team will guide you through the next steps.
Kindly note:
Each Rajwadi Trendz piece is thoughtfully crafted, often featuring intricate detailing and artisanal elements. Subtle variations in colour, texture, embroidery, or embellishments are inherent to the design and add to the uniqueness of the garment. These characteristics are not considered defects.
 
Change of Mind
As each piece is carefully curated, we are unable to accommodate returns or exchanges for change of mind. We encourage you to review product details thoroughly before placing your order.
 
Exchanges
We understand the importance of a perfect fit and offer exchanges under the following conditions:
• Exchange requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.
• Exchanges are applicable only for the same design in an alternate size.
• In the event your preferred size is unavailable, you may select another piece of equivalent value.
 
Please note:
• Shipping costs associated with exchanges and re-delivery must be covered the customer.
• Items must be returned in their original, unused condition, with all packaging intact.
• We recommend using a tracked and insured postal service, as Rajwadi Trendz is not liable for lost returns
 
Refunds
Refunds are offered exclusively for items that are confirmed to be damaged, defective, or incorrect.
 
To be eligible:
• The item must be returned in its original condition, unworn and unaltered.
• All original packaging must be included.
Items that show signs of wear or have been altered after delivery will not qualify for a refund.
 
Once your return is received and inspected, refunds will be processed to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account
